Explore Previous Work
Approached to assess and evaluate what could be achieved on a large rear garden and parcel of land. The project was open and allowed us to deliver an outline scheme for our client. This was not a scheme that they would construct but needed to be deliverable and achievable.
Working proactively with the Counil we sought to negotiate and agree on a layout and scale that was unanimously accepte when considered at planning Committee.
